After the longest process ever, known as a "short sale" I finally received my keys and went into my nearly empty house. Now that it is mine, all the problems with the house become reality and the shrugging statement, "I can fix that" becomes a long list of things to do. The first year, and especially the first few months, should be quite a change to the house. My list is long, full of big projects and little fixes, inside and outside, cheap and holy-expensive. Time to enjoy the journey!
