The first item of business is to install drywall in the access panel and put on the first layer of mud. This will take days and days of mud/sand/mud iterations with the drying process for the mud. The final step will be adding fine texture and painting. Also, we started hammering the first bit of tile to see what we had ahead of us in terms of demolition. The tile did not come up super easy, so there is a lot of back pain in our future.
